SUBURB HIGHLIGHT

Watsons Bay

Originally a fishing village, removed from the hustle and bustle of Sydney, it is now one of the most exclusive suburbs of Sydney. The vibe is one of stepping back in time, so if commuting isn’t an issue and lifestyle is your most important decision, then Watson’s Bay is the perfect compromise – though not much comes up for sale!

The vibe is laid back and quaint, with fishing cottages interspersed with mansions. Camp Cove beach is a delightful and romantic gem with a beachside cafe that has a regular and devout clientele. Crystal clear blue waters and gentle waves lap the shore.

Walk to the lighthouse through the national park. Doyles fish restaurant is a Sydney legend, as are sundowners at the Watsons Bay hotel and beach club.

Take the ferry from the city (Manly on the weekends) to the door of both establishments. Commute to the city by ferry.

Mosman

The glamorous suburb of Mosman is home to the beautiful and magical Balmoral Beach. Like a gentle impressionist painting, Balmoral beach is lined with bathers languishing on the soft sands. Calm waters mean that safely doing laps is possible and children can play serenely.
